Question Question regarding gigabyte RMA

Hi, I recently shipped my GPU for causing issues. I went to the post office and printed out the rma label and some questions. I gave the person shipping my label and they didn't put the label on the box. Will gigabyte still accept the box and if not is there anything I can do to make sure they accept the RMA? thanks.
