Hey guys I am about to order these components to build a cheap gaming only rig but was hoping someone would do a quick one over and clarify that everything is compatible and looks good.

I know using the integrated graphics is no good but I haven't decided which card to get and thats not a priority at the moment, it will just be added later. What I was more worried about is if anyone has heard anything bad about this motherboard? I will be trying to overclock more than likely. Thanks!

Save yourself some money and order a 16GB ram kit instead of buying 4 individual 4 gb sticks.
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CML16GX3M4A1600C9

Also, consider buying a PSU from Antec, Corsair, or Seasonic. For the same price you can have much better quality. For example:
CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Will the quad channel work in dual channel mode?

Firstly, there is no need to buy 16gigs of ram for Gaming.

Great Ram, will fit under almost any Aftermarket CPU cooler.

For the PSU, as mentioned above stay away from coolmax.
Good options for similar price:

As for the Motherboard, the P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3 is a good choice,
