Quick question about case!!

would a Noctua NH-D14 fit in an AEROCOOL VX-E PRO LIMITED EDITION??(wich i am planing to get) and Asrock motherboard z77 extreme 4 or better take a Haf 932?

I don't think so.
That big side fan looks to be in the way of tall CPU coolers.

Cons: Nice case but has one problem, can only use stock fun for the CPU. Because the 14cm fan stick to far inside the case. I am using a Cooler Master 212 on my Intel core I5 and the door will close because the 14cm fan is on the way.

That's not exactly true - you just can't use tall coolers like the CM Hyper 212 or Noctua NH-D14.
92mm fan CPU coolers should fit OK.

Noctua NH-D14 will fit the HAF 932 even with side fan in place.

Other Thoughts: I put a ASUS P8P67 WS REVOLUTION LGA 1155 Intel P67 motherboard with i7 2600K processor and GTX 470 video card in this case and the CPU ran 4429 MHz on the stock Intel cooler.
I have since put in a Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler, I did not get any more out of the CPU but the cooler did drop the temps by ~20C.
The HUGE Noctua cooler fit just fine in this huge case without having to move any fans around, that's how much room is inside this case.
