[SOLVED] Radeon Software Problems

Hello, I have recently experienced a few problems with the AMD Radeon Software.

1. Software is Really laggy when I try to open it during games - mouse is super laggy and slow moving across the screen
2. Games are now laggy and have a lot lower average fps than normal

Things I’ve tried:
-uninstalling drivers
-going to older version of drivers
-resetting pc
Nothing has worked. No game settings or radeon software settings has changed. Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks

What are the specs for this system (make/model of all components)?

What version of Windows? Is it current, up to date?

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600X
RX 570
8GB RAM
240GB SSD
1TB HDD
500W PSU
I Believe I am running the latest version of windows 10 (1909).

Do you mean the overlay in game? or just running it on 2nd screen?

Disable radeon overlay and disable all the radeon global settings (chill, anti-lag, radeon boost,...).

If you still have lower fps, no idea don't have a lot of info... Maybe if u did the userbenchmark test and shared the link I could help u a bit further.

Can u give a bit more info of your PSU?

Already tried disabling that stuff...hasn’t worked...I could send a link to a test in a little
My PSU is a Thermaltake Smart 500W 80+ White, it’s fairly new.

That is a lower quality PSU and could be insufficient for the RX 570 and rest of system. Are you running the 12.2.3 version of the Radeon software and drivers?
