Question Raid Configuration Fix

I cleaned my pc then after I try to boot it, it restarts 3 times and then goes to the screen below then I hit F1 then F10 in bios then it will boot successfully to desktop.
Then I notice whenever I boot successfully to desktop. my date and time are always wrong even though my time zone is correct.
Can anyone teach me how to fix this error? Thank you.
