There's no point chasing behind ram that's higher than DDR5-6000MHz which is a sweet spot for AMD's 700 series Ryzen platform. One other thing is that the ram kit you've parsed has X.M.P on it, not AMD's E.X.P.O, which can and will bring up stability issues.

If you want to chose something with DDR5-7000, you should look at the memory QVL for the Asus motherboard you've mentioned above or you could look at a DDR5-6600MHz ram kit by Corsair from their Dominator Titanium lineup, I helped build a rig for a friend with the aforementioned kit, with a Ryzen 7800x3D and B650I Edge WiFi board.

and since it's in the Dominator lineup, the IC's are binned better. Corsair's Vengeance are fine if you want a budget build and for Intel's platform.
