Question RAM DIMM Module PART NUMBER,etc in Unix/macOS/Windows/GNU-Linux

Hi.
i need to know detail info of RAM Memory Module/DIMM PART-NUMBER p/n, SERIAL-NO s/n, etc in macOS, Windows, GNU/Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS, etc), Unix (FreeBSD, OpenBSD, etc).
QUESITON : What tool/app/command can allow to view those specific detail info in macOS, Windows, GNU-Linux, Unix OSes ?

my objective is to find-out RAM DIMM modules are "KIT" modules or not , if seller has sold/supplied me/users real KIT memory or not.

in "KIT" modules : module's Part-Number, and "KIT" codes (code-portions) in Part-Number suppose to match.



WINDOWS:
• after running "Command-Prompt" tool/app as an Administrator type user, below commands can show RAM Memory Module/DIMM PART-NUMBER, SERIAL-NUMBER, etc:
either Run this command > wmic memorychip get devicelocator, partnumber, serialnumber [press ENTER]
or Run this command > wmic memorychip get devicelocator, manufacturer, partnumber, serialnumber, capacity, speed, memorytype, formfactor [press ENTER]
• or Use the GUI app CPU-Z to view or find-out exact PART-NUMBER, SERIAL-NO, etc:

MACOS:
What can i do in macOS ?

• for-example, to find our Hard-Drive's serial-number, below command works:
$ ioreg -rd1 -w0 -c AppleAHCIDiskDriver | grep Serial

(you may have to use sudo in front of commands)

• dmidecode for OSX tool can be found here: https://github.com/cavaliercoder/dmidecode-osx
download the *.tar.gz file, move into a folder called "DmiDecode", then dbl-click on it to decompress internal files.
thru "Terminal" tool/app, go into "dmidecode-osx-<version-number>" folder, & run below two commands:
make
sudo make install
(above two commands compiles source-code, & outputs binary "dmidecode" executable tool/app , but you would need "Command-line Tools for Xcode" pre-installed in your macOS, to compile)
but "dmidecode" output cannot show PART-NUMBER
its showing:

Serial Number: 0x00000000
    Asset Tag: Unknown
    Part Number: 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000

QUESTION : as dmidecode fails in macOS, so WHAT OTHER OPTIONS/TOOL/COMMAND CAN I USE IN macOS ?



GNU/LINUX (Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS, etc):
in GNU/Linux (Debian,Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS, etc) OS try below command:
# dmidecode --type 17
above command can also be written as: dmidecode --type memory or dmidecode -t 17
or try: lshw -class memory
or try: smbiosDump | grep -A 12 'Memory Device'
command output can show PART-NUMBER, SERIAL number, etc.
(you may have to use sudo in front of commands)

UNIX (FreeBSD, OpenBSD, etc):
in OpenBSD below command shows all hardware info details:
$ sysctl hw
(you may have to use sudo in front of commands)
what command in UNIX shows specific details (PART-NUMBER, etc) of memory info ?

• Note: DMI data have proven to be too unreliable to be blindly trusted. Dmidecode does not scan hardware, it only reports what the BIOS told it to.

in my earlier post i said, the "dmidecode for OSX" tool has failed (as all info had zeroes).

i was wrong.

it worked ... changed RAM "KIT" modules in macOS/macbook, & same command/tool can show P/N info on other/previous RAM modules.

so the ram "KIT" modules which i received from RAM seller , are itself marked with zeroes.
when i asked seller about this, Seller revealed they are manufacturer, they can do this.

so dmidecode command (shown below) in macOS , worked:
/usr/local/sbin/dmidecode -t memory
