[SOLVED] Ram Issues after bad w10 format & bsod

Hi guys!.

I've been dealing with a lot of trouble on one of my ram kits after an error when restarting w10 to factory, those are:

8x2 Corsair vengeance LPX 3000mhz
8x2 Corsair vengeance LPX 3200mhz

The 4 sticks are set to 2933 - 1.35v in a MSI Gaming Plus NON max with a R5 2600x.

I was using them just fine before the factory reset, tried them all alone with occt, 0 errors in all the slots but when y put the 4 it shows errors inmediatly, even trying to install large games like the witcher 3 (75gb) or ff7r (95gb) gets corrupted and cant install properly. i dont know what else to do at this point, any help appretiated bc i do not know that much about this .

Reduce ram frequency, show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections.

List full specs of your system.

Your ram modules are operating at 2133mhz (not 2933mhz and probably also not 1.35v).
Increase DRAM voltage to 1.35V -in BIOS.

With 4 modules command rate has to be set to 2T.
You have 1T now. This will cause errors.

I've set 2933Mhz @ 1.35v with 2T, still driving errors with 4 sticks, using only 2 have 0 errors, sould this be more of a mobo problem?

You have to reduce DRAM frequency.

Normally you'd start from lower frequency, test it, increase and test again.
2133,2400,2600,2800,2933,3000.
When test fails, then return to previous settings that worked.

I've tested 2933,2800,2600 and ran over to 2133, still have the errors. Something interesting is that the test fails only when i put 60% or more memory on it no matter the frec.

You are mixing 2 different types of ram.
You may never get that to work right.

But the thing i dont get is that i was using those for like more than a year without issues, so when i was resetting w10 i had a bsod in the process and just after that ran with this problems

Might be just a little aging pushed the sticks over the edge.

Did you try to move the DIMMs ? Is each pair in the same channel (A or B) or not ? Refer to p27 of you manual.

I've tested each kit in DIMMA2-B2 then DIMMA1-B1 @ 2933-1.35v (Mobo shows 1.36v at setting but applying 1.356v) .

If let them alone they work properly but if i get the other dimms then occt shows errors after just 10 secs, and if try to install let's say batman arkham knight (65gbs+) i begin to get a corrupted install (that doesnt happen with only 1 kit) and errors extracting winrar files.

I don't know what else to do at this point, as i say, before trying to format my system and getting that bsod mid install all modules worked perfectly. Maybe ram channels are bad at this point? or my cpu?
