In theroy yes, but as Huron said check if your mobo supports this setup. If you can get 2Gb DDR2 (2x1Gb) at least for your system, or 4Gb if you can afford.

I think you'll need to provide more information.

Typically you can mix modules, but remember they like to be in dual channel. Also, they should clock to the lowest frequency, so you'll have something like 2.5 GB of DDR2 667 - I honestly would just use the 2GB of 800...I don't think it's worth it for the extra 1/2 GB
