Question Random blue pixels on screen

Okay so I have not used my PC in over a year and have decided to reboot it up. It all seems to be running smoothly but after i get past the BIOS many blue dots appear on the screen and move about, I know it isn't a problem with the monitor because I am able to use my ps4 on it. I have tried using my DVI cables and also HDMI cables from the GPU but the same result happens.

Unplug your PSU and try reseating the gpu if that dose not work try DDU and remove gpu drivers and install them again but also make sure temps are ok!

thank you i have tried this now but it seems to not have worked still, in fact I've been looking through my settings and it seems that windows cannot seem to find my GPU and instead it says display 1 is connected to microsoft basic display driver
