I couldnt find this Problem in the way i have it after hours of googleing so i try to explain it as much detailed as i can. (sorry for bad english)
My problem is that for 2 months now at random times, my Games crash. It doesnt matter if its Steam/Origin/Singleplayer/Mutliplayer etc. they all randomly crash at unpredictable times. The timing difference is between 5 min and 1 week.
When the crash occurs my main screen freezes and turns black, while my secondary screen turn into a redish purple. Then both of Monitors turn off completly for 2-5 seconds, and i am back on Desktop. The game that crashed either is completly closed or runs in the background minimized, i can hear sounds and play the game but cant see it so i have to close it myself. If i have Youtube or any other kind of stream open while this crash occurs the stream dies and is replaced with a green screen. I only got 1 Crash Message from Gears of Tactics Yesteraday that roughly said:
Following critical error was detected, no continue possible:
The gpu doesnt react anymore, check the gpudriver and install if needed the newest Version
(Code: GT102)
I have the newest driver installed (445.87).
My PC is 4 Years and 1 month old but my GPU was replaced with warranty 2 years ago.
I tried to find some kind of crashdumps or logs of these crashes, but i cant find them.
I run all kinds of test that i found on google:
perfmon /report
tells me everything is alright.
FurMark
after letting it run longer then i am comfortable with it didnt show anything noteworthy.
Hot CPU Tester
i ran it for 2 mins and "Microsoft windows stop working" so i closed everything except the Programm and ran it for 1h without any problems.
3DMark Basic Edition
i nearly got 6k points, dont know if this tells anything.
I managed to catch a crash report on the event display:
Kernel Event 117 crash
and some others that i cant remember
I can only afford to swap 1 Part of the PC like GPU or CPU+Mobo
Maybe someone has an idea.
