Rating case fans

Anyone know of a site that rates case fans for things like flow and noise. I need more airflow in my case since my CPU cools down 3 degrees C when I take off the side panel.

I can't remember the names of any sites, but I have seen the CFM ratings advertized at a few overclockers sites, and at Radio Shack of coarse.
