I've got a Razer Hanbo 240 AIO cooler. I followed all the steps in connecting it to the system, and it is powering on and apparently working fine. The issue I've got is that every time on boot I get an error stating "FANS NOT CONNECTED" although they are and are spinning and glowing, and I can set the speed in Synapse, and the second error "FAN COUNT ERROR" where I connected both fans of the 240 cooler, but it comes with a cable supporting 3 fans (for the bigger Hanbo 360).
The last issue is that in Synapse all the info is shown except the fans speed of the radiator, as apparently the previous errors cause that.
Here is a Reddit thread regarding the same issue: www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/vjg5gr/help_with_razer_hanbo_aio_cooler/, but it is archived so I could not get a reply.
So did anyone have similar issues and found a solution?

This is likely your cause. Look closely at the three output connectors for the rad fans on a cable from the pump unit. Among those three, only ONE will have all 4 pins it it - the other two will be missing Pin #3. You MUST plug one of your rad fans into the one with ALL FOUR pins. That is the only one that can send its fan speed signal back to the pump and thus to Razer Synapse software.

That did the trick as I just zip tied the cable in question to the case and connected the fans to the Razer aRGB controller, now I connected one fan to the remaining cable and everything is good now.
Thanks, @Paperdoc!
