Motherboard: EVGA nForce 68oi LT SLI (T1 Version ) 775
RAM:OCZ Gold XTC PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-12
CPU: E6600
CASE: Unsure suggestions? 120 Canadian dollars is the price point I'd like. Looking for air flow mostly.
VIDEO CARD: 8800 GTX
PSU🙁already bought) OCZ XStream stealth 600watt

I want a gaming PC for crysis type games.
What do you all think? I dont know about the RAM. OCZ ram is cheaper then Crosair but everyone says crosair is the best...

you should buy memory that runs 4-4-3-5 or 4-4-3-10 that boots at 1.8v - skill, super talent or muskin - you max you bandwidth/$ ratio

e6600 runs good in 650i mobo's too you can save some cash - put it into a good psu like silverstone strider 750 or decathlon singel rail

I would change your CPU to

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6750

$2.10 extra at newegg... Faster Clock, Faster FSB

Anyone know a good case? Antec P180 ATX looks goo but it costs a lot. Any out there with the same quality air flow but cheaper?

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Dual Core Processor LGA775 Conroe 2.66GHZ 1333FSB 4MB Retail is listed (Canadian)229.99

the Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Dual Core Processor LGA775 Conroe 2.40GHZ 1066FSB 4MB Retail cost 267.99.

Isnt the 6750 better? Im just going by the fact that 6750 is higher number then 6600

E6750 is $209 + S&H at Mwave.com.

Dont know how much that ram costs but the timings on it are too high.

The Crucial ballistix DDR800 4-4-4-12 are only $80 after rebate. So far this looks like its hands down the best deal in town. And I hear they have D9GMH chips on them. My ballistix DDR1000 have the D9GMH chips ( I peeked under the hood) and they boot at 1.8v.

im from Canada. a lot of sites I cant use. How should the stats on RAM be?

Also I saw something called Buffalo fire sticks lol. Are these any good?

the antec 180 is one of the quietest cases
its has awesome air flow - it used be tough build but they cut slots on top for routing the wires

the new switches on the back for the fans are too trick

the case was only $80 last week on newegg now its almost double! :{

its worth the money - if you do not have alot of drives and do not want a super quiet case there are many nice cases with good air flow

you need a 12cm in and out or front and back - and a door fan

add a slot cooler and your set!

Antec 900! It should be cheaper and has better airflow. I haven't had a cooling issue with it yet, and I have done a little overclocking with my CPU.
