Realtek HD Audio Manager

Hello,
What is Realtex HD Audio Manager, where does it exist, why is it in my lower tray but not listed in "Programs"?

Realtek HD audio manager is a gui tool to configure your audio setup in your system.
You can find icon of it in your system tray & also in control panel.
To see that icon in control panel, you have to switch into small icons mode.
