[SOLVED] Recently installed hard drive shows up in Device Management but not in "This PC" under Devices and Drives

Sorry if what I say doesn't make sense, I barely know about computers. I just installed a 1TB hard drive (as you can see here) to act as a second storage drive. It shows up in Device Management. However, when I check to see if it's able to be used in "This PC" under Devices and Drives, it doesn't show up. It also doesn't show up in Disk Management.

windows 10? check storage spaces, sometime windows 10 put new storage in them.
