Question Regular GPU crashes?

Okay, so basically sometimes randomly it seems like my GPU is crashing. The colors on my screen will glitch or I would have huge red bars across my screen, the sound will crash / freeze and i'm forced to shut down my pc. When I launch it again it usually has some of the same red bars or weird pixels acting odd. Or even freeze when launching. I've had this problem for some time but it occurs pretty rarely like once every month, but when it happens I have it for the next couple days. I have no idea what the problem is. I am using two monitors.

I've tried to update / downgrade my drivers, I opened my case millions of times, and cleaned the dust inside. I also took out the PCI-E cables of my GPU, cleaned them and put them back in. But the problem still occurs.

It doesn't crash more often when i'm playing games or using my GPU more, it just happens pretty often.

Would it be a good idea to take out every component, clean them individually and put everything back together again?
I have no idea what to do i'm quite lost.

Here's a picture I took with my phone of my monitors right after it crashed. You can see the left one is pure white and the right one is weird pinkish, these colors vary every time it's usually the most prominent color on my screen the moment before it crashes.

Thanks in advance.
