relocating moved programs

My son has moved some files from ALL PROGRAMS onto his desktop.
How can i return them to ALL PROGRAMS and create shortcuts for him?

You can move the shortcuts back to where it was.

%userprofile%\Start Menu\Programs
-or-
%allusersprofile%\Start Menu\Programs

Click Start/Run and type the Path above.
