But here's the catch. It's too expensive for your low budget.

After a lot of searching, you found 2 monitors that fit your budget:
One is 4K 75FPS. The other one is Full HD 144Hz.

Since our budget is low, i’d say a 1660S or a 2060. Choose one yourself. Probably a i7-7700 included with 8GB 2000MHz ddr4 RAM.
