Question Rounded edges not rendering correctly?

I've had this issue where MOST things outside of games, and images, that normally would have rounded edges aren't round but look more like squares (especially for circles, and more specifically on buttons in websites and some apps) I have an Rx 570 4gb graphics card and a Ryzen 2200g

I have Ryzen 2200g, which comes with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. Some rounded buttons and icons on the web are not as smooth as if there is no anti-aliasing. They look better if I turn off hardware acceleration in Google Chrome.

What could be the issue?
