Router blocking https sites

ok my router is blocking https sites like paypal and ebay i try to go there and the page just times out...when i connect straight to my modem everything is fine..does anyone know what option in my dlink router prevent me from visiting these sites..iv tried restoring back to factory settings but the my router doesnt pickup a internet connection at all.. any help please thank you in advance

Is this a new problem, or has it been around for a while? When did you first notice this?

Have you tried contacting D-Link for assistance?

When resetting are you holding down the reset button until the lights flash, and then puling the power plug from the router, and let it sit for 2 min?

Also can you log into the router and check security settings such as parental controls...Website blocking ...protocol filters...etc..

Https is 443
Http is 80
