Is there a way to add another user to login into the router besides admin?

Nothing there that shows how to add new user ID.

There would be no need that I can think of to have a USER ID for a router.

This is why I do not think you will find it.

I dont think its expensive/high-end enough to be able to add multiple users.
as corwin said, there really no need for it on a 'cheap' tplink.
its often only for when you have business class equipment that you are able to add new user and assign different privileges

I wouldn't want anyone else messing with my router's configuration anyway - - one router admin is quite enough thank you!

I don't see the point or indeed the wisdom of having more than one for a home network, seems like a recipe for utter chaos - -
