Question RTX 3060 making strange noise on laptop ?

I bought a new gaming laptop 7 days ago and today the video card sounds weird when under load.

Edited: The laptop only works when the charger is plugged in(if I unplug it will immediately turn off) , and hase some connection problems at the charging port.

It sounds like it's the fan spinning, but slightly misaligned or something. Could be some lint or something actually in the fan causing that low level vibrate noise.

Given you have some issues with that laptop, and specially because it doesn't work on battery power, Id be RMA'ing that sucker right away.
