Hi,

I just wondering if my current setup can handle it. I am planning to upgrade next week from my 1060 to 3060 TI.

I don't think I have any fancy components that consumes more power.

Current setup:
CPU - i7 7700(non K)
MOBO - MSI B250m Bazooka LGA 1151
GPU - Palit GTX 1060 6 gb
RAM - Crucial Ballistix 16 gb
PSU - Seasonic S12II 520w bronze
Fans - Low profile ID cooling CPU fan, 3 standard 120mm case fan(2 front, 1 rear)

Solution
It'll be fine, not ideal but most certainly fine.

I had mine running on a cooler master 500 watt bronze with a 140 watt xeon it was more than fine.

That psu was new though..your seasonic is not but seeing as how you had a 1060 and a 7700 running on it, this shouldnt be a too much too long problem with your psu, even at full load you maybe broke 320 watts max once in 5 years....

itll be fine, your next platform could use a new psu, but as is you are good. Also I'd love t see your performance numbers.... just being nosey what speed is your ram?

its heartening to see an old seasonic s12ii still going strong in 2022.To think they were not considered reliable as they are based on an older group regulated design!

If buying a new 3060ti,go for those that require a single 8 pin connector-dont buy any fancier model (having 3 fans, rgb etc) that requires more power and might have 2 pcie power connectors-those might prove rather taxing for your older psu.
