[SOLVED] RTX 3080 or RTX 3070 and new MoBo + CPU

i currently have a GTX 1070 and I7 7700k + maximus Hero iX.
i have around £600 ish to spend.
i know i'll be bottlenecking with my 7700k, but do you think the bottleneck will be terrible enough, that i'll be btter off with the 3070 and a new Zen 3 setup? or will it be good enough untill i save up enough for a zen 3 upgrade anyway?

It will be good enough as a short term solution.

If you plan on using RTX and especially if you play at 1440p, or 4k, the actual performance loss should be minimal.
