Question RX 470 thermal pad thickness ?

What is the thickness for thermal pads on rog strix rx 470 ?

i dont have any on my card and i think thats why my oc is crashing

and idk why when i put higher core voltage on my oc my core clock starts fluctuating
and my temps are good low 70c

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Any reason for not using paste. Thermal pads/thickness etc. seems to be an overall issue.
