Question RX 5600 xt blank green screen

I bought a RX 5600 XT on ebay (used) installed it and it'll randomly green screen(blank no text) and the pc freezes. I tried underclocking/undervolting all the stuff you could find from videos. Im using the hdmi port on it, I tried a Displayport and left it in a looping benchmark stress test with no crash in 6+ hours but I don't know if that was just a coincidence or what.

First mistake. used GPU's would most definitely mean they were used for mining.

600W is the advertised wattage of the PSU. What is the make and model of the unit? How old is the PSU in question?

It’s a fresh build, brand new Thermaltake smart 600w. No prior gpu in the pc. But seems to only happen on the hdmi port

Got a link to that PSU?

Try and use DDU to uninstall all GPU drivers, then manually reinstall with the latest sourced from AMD's support site. When installing, install in an elevated command.
