It may seem like a common issue but no, every single time this happens randomly, and I troubleshoot myself to find the problem it just becomes weirder and weirder. Most of the time it just fixes it self and doesn't happen for a long time
Long story short, I have concluded that it's:
-Not the GPU slot (My MOBO is new and it has been happening since I was using my old MOBO)
-Not the VGA/HDMI cables (both of the cables I use for my dual monitor worked on an office pc. I- also tested it out by using the VGA cable of the office pc)
-Not the HDMI Converters (they work on both PCs, the office and the gaming ones
-Not the power strip extensions (PC powers up and shows display when I plug the display cables in the MOBO)
-Not the main power line
-Not the monitors it self (Again, they both work when I use my MOBO's IGPU)
but I noticed that when I was messing around with the cables my monitor showed display for like a split second while plugged in to my RX570 then came back to it's black hole of darkness, then that's when I noticed the power either gets stuck in the cylinder thing of the cables (ferrite core) or the GPU is just dead since I've been using this card for 4 years and could've been used for mining before I bought it.
I haven't test the card on my friend's PC or bought a third separate display cable but is the money and time I'll be spending even worth it at this point? Should I be saying my goodbyes? It's fine if I don't get to fix it, I just wanna get a good night's sleep knowing I have finally figured it out after years of troubleshooting the same problem
