Question Rx 570 > rtx 3060 not working.

Bought 3060. Doesn't show up in devices, display with video cable, or show up in bios.

I tried it with another computer and got the same results, that computer has also previously used the Rx 570. Tried clearing cmos, refreshing windows, ran ddu to clear and drivers. Any ideas?
