Hi
For some reason my screen will randomly go completely black and freeze the computer along with it
And each time that happens i get a message that says "Radeon wattman detected and issue and was restored back to default settings" or "AMD Crash defender prevented your computer from crashing" or "AMD Crash defender has detected an issue with your driver" messages

It doesn't happen for any particular reason, as it can either happen when im using the PC on GPU -light tasks, or when im waking it up from Sleep mode , or while in im middle of playing anything
It happens in random intervals and i can't find a way to fix it, it's getting prety annoying because sometimes it doesn't even respond until i forcefully restart the computer
The only thing that has changed on my PC was that i added a new HDD of 2TB
But neither the drivers or the operative system are installed on it
Is there anything i can do to fix this?

From the things i've tried are:
-Reinstalling the drivers and cleaning the previous drivers using DDU
-Disabling AMD Crash defender service
-Leaving the GPU on default settings (No overclocking, undervolting or anything)
-Using windows repair

I did try redownloading the drivers but didn't work

I also tried reinstalling windows clean but the error came back
I was checking windows Reliability Monitor, and it gave me two error codes when the crash happened
the first one was "LiveKernelEvent 117 on LKD_0x117_Tdr:3_TdrBug:575504_TdrVTR:2_IMAGE_amdkmdag.sys-V "

and the other one was "LiverKernelEvent 1b0 on
