Question RX 6600 not giving display/post on another PC

Hello, i am currently trying to get an RX 6600 gigabyte eagle to work with a different build
The issue is when i power on the system it gives no display/post
It previously had a gtx 1060 gigabyte which works just fine
The Rx 6600 also works because i tested it in another build and works properly.
The system specs are:
Intel xeon E3-12something
Motherboard : Asus b85m-3
RAM : 16 gb (4x4)
PSU :Corsair 500W
I have already tried updating motherboard bios but no use.

PSU too low for your setup, to begin with.
Did you even connect the power cables to the GPU ? (do you have such ?)

The psu is fine i was using the same psu and gpu in another build with amd 3600 processor and b450 tomahawk worked perfectly fine

Worked, working, two separate issues.
RX 6600 Power at max. 160-180W depending on brand.
GTX 1060 Power at max. 120W.
Did you connect the power cables into the RX 6600 ?

Worked, working, two separate issues.

yes i connected the power cables

I still say the 500W is too low. It's not just double your calculation for peak power, but it's per rail capability of the PSU that maybe overwhelmed.
