Question RX 6600 or RTX 4060 for 1440P (changed my mind for 1080P) gaming and future-proofing?

Hello everyone, I am in a bit of a trouble on choosing a good graphics card. I wanted to choose RX 6600 and pair it with Ryzen 5 7600. But I found out in pc builds that I get 8,7% bottleneck and the site says that my RX 6600 is too weak for my Ryzen 5 7600. for 128$ more, i can get RTX 4060 which doesn't get bottlenecked (I tried looking for other cheeper graphics cards like RX 6650 XT which didn't get bottlenecked but there is one made by Yeston, which my local pc parts shop owner doesn't like and says that it gets bricked too quickly compared to other brands). The RX 7600 XT is similarly priced to RTX 4060 so 4060 is a better option compared to that.

Forget about that bottleneck "advice" but yes, RTX 4060 is almost twice performance of even 7600XT at 1440p.

I think I'll choose one of them for 1080P gaming since 1440P gaming monitors from reputable brands are really expansive in my country (the good 1440P GPU's too)
So, Should I get RX 6600 or increase budget by 74$ and get RTX 4060? RX 6600 only has 2 year warranty and 4060 has 5 year warranty. I do not have access to Amazon, Ebay or other well known online stores so I have to rely on my local ones. I also don't plan to upgrade anytime soon. There is also a sapphire pulse version of RX 6600 for 238.39$ even though my brother dosent want it. Should I force him to (the RX 6600 I was talking about before was by Gigabyte RX 6600 for 293.73$)?
