Hello all. I am having a problem. I just got 64 gigs of Trident Z Neo 3600. No matter the settings if i change off of auto my ram will not clock above 2133 Mhz. I Tried 3k, 3200, 3400, 2600. Nothing. XMP On/Off All at 1.35V as the box states. I was wondering if someone could help me. Every time i boot up with a overclock it just yells at me memory overclock error press F1 to return to bios. If i at all turn anything off Auto it just yells at me. I've tried custom DRAM calculator for ryzen 1.7.3 for custom clocks to see if auto was creating a problem. This did not help at all. On Thaiphoon Burner it tells me that XMP certified is only at 1802 Mhz and the dram was made by Hynix with a speed grade of DDR4-2133.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

A little bit more about my computer
RAM: Trident Z Neo 4x 16GB Sticks (3600) (F4-3600C16Q-064GTZNC) (According to G-skills website it is on QVL)
Motherboard - MSI X570 gaming edge wifi (Supports 3600) (Updated to latest BIOs)
CPU - Ryzen 7 3700X
OS - Windows 10

Solution
GSkill Trident Z (F4-3600C16Q-064GTZNC) have not been tested in accordance with the Motherboard. There is no listing on the MB QVL for a 64 GB kit at 3600MHz C16. You most likely have a mismatch. Your processor officially supports up to 3200MHz so the memory controller may not be able to handle 64GB at 3600MHz
Also there will be no XMP profile as 3600MHz OC RAM are beyond the JDEC standard.
You will have to try and manually input Timings and voltage in Bios without a profile by using the Dram Calculator and if still unsuccessful then accept the lower than rated frequency or return the kit.
For Ryzen it's best to use a kit with Samsung B-Die chips at 3200MHz and do you really need 64GB?

Solution
There are clearly contradictions between the listings from MSI and GSkil.
For a 4 x16 Gb kit at 3600 Mhz for Gskil brand RAM, MSI gives F4-3600C16Q-64GTZRC as a compatible kit.
GSkil indicates both F4-3600C16Q-64GTZRC and F4-3600C16Q-64GTZNC (the kit you have) as compatible.

You could maybe try an exchange against F4-3600C16Q-64GTZRC
