Question Ryzen Master need help disabling power saving

Hi, im trying to oc with ryzen master but the frequency isnt running at full speed and only does when it has high cpu usage, power saving features are disabled in bios. The cpu i have is the ryzen 3600 with mobo b450m DS3H.


The best oc i have got with ryzen 3600 is 4.4ghz at 1.24v and 4.2ghz at 1.119 but i want the cpu to run at full speed all the time for best performance.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Do it in BIOS so it would stick.

i have overclocked in bios in 2 different ways and still when i open ryzen master cpu not running full speed.
