Question RYZEN VS INTEL

Hi Guys, I'm now building a gaming desktop. But for the CPU, Intel I9-9900K/ I9-9900KS or AMD Ryzen have their pros and cons. I'm not sure which CPU I should choose to get the best performance out of it. Can I get some suggestions and opinions from you guys? Thank you!!

Ryzen 3000 tends to perform slightly better with 4 sticks, however 2 will give you more slots to upgrade in future

I'm not sure about the storage, Samsung Evo 970 Plus 1TB VS Asus ROG Strix Arion M.2 SSD , both are M.2 SSD but I'm not sure which is better in terms of performance.

That samsung evo 970 will be much better in performance,
I've seen it in action recently and its really good at what it does.
