Hello, i have been looking for a new gaming laptop and i have been looking at sager laptops and i have never heard about them. so whats the deal? do they suck? are there products faulty?

Sager is an OEM who builds usually high end laptops rivaling the XPS,etc. They usually use the Clevo chassis just like Dell,etc. In short, Sager is a small manufacture that's more or less like Falcon NW. Their quality is quite good from what I'v heard so far.

I like Alienware or Clevo as gaming laptops.

I had a Sager computer and had a lot of problems. I sent it back for repairs twice and the third time I asked for a refund. From initial complaint, it took 5 months, a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General to get a refund. They charged me a 15% restocking fee for returning a defective product. Check the BBB and Attorney General before you buy.

I know every company out there has complaints like this (and they have praises too) so its hard to say, at least for me it is, whats good and bad.
