Sapphire 7970 OC V2 vs V1?

Hi all.

Was just about to purchase all the parts for my new rig, and had decided on the Sapphire 7970 OC Edition:

However, it's out of stock at the moment. I then noticed this card, for $10 less (Sapphire 7970 OC Edition V2), and would really like to know what the difference is, if any.

Basically should I wait until the original card I wanted is back in stock, or is this other card essentially identical?. I chose the Sapphire OC edition over some of the others brands because of the high overclock capacity and not unreasonable price.

Hmm, I would think maybe something as small as a bios revision. Ah I found a difference the PCB is not reference.

Yeah I saw that link, is it of any consequence? I am not water cooling, just running it with stock cooling.

I would suspect if you are just using the card no there isn't I would think you could buy either card and be just fine. I would suggest the Vapor-X cards but those are Ghz. cards and as a consequence are perhaps out of your price range.
