My external drive has been accidentally dropped and now my computer can't recognize nor detect it when connected. All it does is make beeping sounds and the motor isn't running. Help please!
Your drive have damege in motor and/or heads. Make RMA when you don't need data recovery or time for go for professional data recovery. DIY method can't help and make more damage.
