Edit: It fixed itself and stopped changing resolution and refresh rate on startup... lol. I suspected it might, but just incase i figured i may as well ask.

I couldn't run my a second monitor (27' 144hz, 1440p) off same GPU using display port on card. It would not have any options to change to 144hz 2560x1440. So i did what any enterprising PC gamer would do. I ripped my 1660Ti out of my old PC and slapped it in my bigger and better PC with a 3060Ti so i could have another HDMI output.

Looks like this:
55' 4k 60hz-RTX 3060Ti
27' 2k 144hz-GTX 1660Ti

Full Specs:
ASrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
Ryzen 5 5600x
G-skill Trident Royal 3600mhz x2 16gb (32gb) [xmp 2.0 enabled]
PNY RTX 3060Ti
HP GTX 1660Ti
Aorus Gen4 500gb
WD Black SN850 1tb

It is working and it works great. Ran several very demanding games, and tested both monitors with no problems rapidly swapping between monitors via Windows+shift+arrow key. Everything checks out. FPS looks correct, no tearing or stuttering. 1660 Ti is using around 30-40% usage to apply to the secondary monitor, while the 3060Ti is properly rendering the game with 99% core usage. Only the VRAM is being used on the 3060Ti.

However i ran into a little snag, the secondary monitor is reverting to 60hz @ 2048x1052 on windows startup (win10 up-to-date). It should be 143.912 hz and 2560x1440. I have my primary screen (55' 4k QLED TV 60hz) attached to the 3060Ti HDMI out. This is unchanged at startup and is my primary. The setting that is being auto changed is in windows>settings>display.

I am sure there is a fix, or perhaps it is something that will fix itself after a few restarts. Though i would rather hopefully get some more precise info regarding my setup.
