After I install service pack 2 our company custom software starts having
display issues. It seems like it might be memory related. Is there a way to
figure out whats going on with sp2? It works fine without it installed.

Could be the company custom software is INcompatible with SP2 - get it
upgraded.

Display issues?
Exactly what do you mean?

Go to the website of your video card manufacturer and get the latest Windows
XP drivers.
