Setting a monitor up

I read in a magazine once about a prog that automatically set your monitor up for you to fill the exact size of the full screen but I cant remember the site that hosted it. Does anyone know of any such program.

for a CRT monitor? Nope... use the onscreen menus and use test patterns for best results.
