[SOLVED] should I overclock my ram?

Hi, so I have a msi z390 a pro paired with 16 gb of corsair vengeance pro ram (3600) and when checking on task manager I noticed that the ram speed is slow (2133), I know that I need to overclock the ram through the bios but I dont know if my mobo will be able to, I also have a 600 B power supply. Is my set up good enough for overclocking the ram without any risks? If so, what would be the optimal speed?

You just need to go into the BIOS and enable XMP and then select the profile option for 3600mhz.
