Side Port Memory HELP

i am going to purchase this motherboard

it has 128 mb ddr3 1066 sideport memory

and i was wondering if i can combine or use up to 512 mb ddr2 8oomhz system memory, while also using the sideport memory for gpu memory

i really need to know

The graphics memory is independent from the system memory.
You can use DDR2-800, better DDR2-1066 for AMD, system memory.
