Tom's should probably put some guidelines as what we should be posting about. Though in general (despite popular belief), comments are supposed to be related to the topic of the article. I'll start there:
The case they have is one of three offered by CyberPowerPC that support their 360mm Liquid cooling system. Of those three, this is the only one I know little about, which makes it very interesting to me.
I've been wanting to wet my feet with liquid cooling (no pun intended) for a while now as many attenders of my LAN parties have expressed interest. Asetek has come up in our discussion and seems to represent a good balance between performance and value. Of course there is nothing you can be more certain of than an untested theory.
The motherboard overclocks pretty well if I recall correctly. Interestingly, they've paired it with a CPU that just asks to be overclocked. I wish I knew more about the power supply as it is often the most underspecified component from manufacturers. That said, CyberPowerPC offers quite a few quality PSUs (Thermaltake ToughPower, Corsair, SilverStone, ect.).
The GTX460 is a good videocard for this system as well. It is well balanced at stock speeds, and like the CPU, it is a card that just asks to be overclocked. I think I'd invest in an appropriate waterblock if it doesn't come with it, though.
All in all this is already a pretty sweet rig that has the potential to be the talk of the LAN party.
