That mobo has no RGB lighting header of either type. So you cannot power and control ARGB lights in a fan frame from the mobo.

However, the SilverStone PF 360 AIO cooler kit is made to work with that situation. The kit includes a MANUAL control box and related cables so you CAN connect the ARGB lights in the fans and the pump to that box. The box contains three buttons you push to change different settings. You just need to arrange things so that you can reach that box (which is connected by its cables to things inside your case) to make your changes.

See the SilverStone PF 360 kit manual, p. 15 for connection details for the lights. You will not need the 2-headed item called the Motherboard Sync Cable. Use the SATA Power Cable to...

See the SilverStone PF 360 kit manual, p. 15 for connection details for the lights. You will not need the 2-headed item called the Motherboard Sync Cable. Use the SATA Power Cable to connect from a SATA power output connector from the PSU to one end of the manual control box. From the other end of that box connect the ARGB Sync Cable to the ARGB lighting connector for the pump unit. Note that the pump and all the fans' lighting cables have TWO connectors on them so you can "daisy chain" them from one to another. The pump's lighting connector with pins (male) plugs into the output cable from the control box; the connector with holes is where you plug in the male from the first fan. And so on. This way all three fans and the pump are connected to the control box.

See the manual p. 17 for instructions on what the three control box buttons do. The "M" button steps through the Mode (type of display), speed, and brightness settings. For each of those, the + and - buttons change the settings for that item.
