My motherboard boots fine to windows, but the MSI splash logo along with the instructions (DEL / F2 to enter bios blah blah) doesn't appear and instead skips to Windows. I also have tried to reset Windows completely, but it just creates a blank screen. No display at all. I desperately want to get in my BIOS to overclock my 10700K to 5.1 and RAM, but I've found zero fixes.

What I tried:
  1. Resetting CMOS
  2. Disabling Fast Boot in Windows 10
  3. Changing display outputs (Using Display Port)
  4. Shift + Power to troubleshoot and restart in UEFI (same result, just no display)
This issue is so weird, I don't understand it.

[SOLVED!]
I managed to fix this issue by doing shift + restart.
Troubleshooting
Change from Recovery Environment to Windows 10.
BIOS loaded too quick, so I did this:

Shift + Restart
Troubleshooting
UEFI Environment Restart

From there on, I was able to access the BIOS and overclock + reset windows 10. Hope this helps people who are struggling - this might apply to different motherboards too.

Once your bios has loaded OK your PC speaker should beep. Then you should keep tapping the F2 key till the bios screen comes up. Then in bios you can alter it so the bios screen always shows.
