That's a safe, high quality, plenty wattage and a great value/money PSU damric linked to you. Go ahead with that build, you won't be disappointed.

Having a LGA1150 is a plus, you can upgrade to an i5 or i7 down the road to increase CPU performance with the then top tier cards without having to change Motherboard :)

"It would take massive overclocking of about 6GHz to be on the same level as the Haswell i3. Maybe you have a few tanks of liquid nitrogen..."

Well, Overclocking the FX by a few 100Mhz is a bit too mainstream, so extreme Overclockers OC it by a couple GHz, and since our conventional EVO 212 can't keep such a setup cool, a few tanks (not many, just a few) of Liquid nitrogen along with an OC bench help those overlcockers with keeping that setup nice and cool.

His point was, you'd need to seriously OC the FX to put it on par with i3.

The build seems good, a great value for money. Great choice on monitor, I'm not too fond of changing keyboard or headsets, so I'd leave that to you.

No fans: Good point. The case does comes with a stock rear exhaust fan, I'd add another 120mm fron intake fan to complete it, you don't need to put 7 fans in there.
