A couple things
0) Two years if you don't push your system should be easy.
A disk drive may go but then Western Digital guarantees for 3 yrs if you want that "insurance".
1) Do you plan to run continuously 24/7. Or only a couple hours per day?
2) Temperature is the enemy of electrical/electronic components but you seem to have plenty of fans. However if your room temp is 40C that's not going to help alot.
3) If your area has irregualar power. California brownouts, possums shorting out the wires, etc. You might want to consider a UPS with power filtering on it.
4) You can spot check the temperatures of your system.
Take note of the motherboard, processor and other temps
of your system from the Bios hardware monitor.
Then calibrate against SisSoft Sandra or you Mobo's monitor utility or some other software.
5) PCI slot fan sounds good

.
6) round cables
7) Disk drive cooling if you ever need it.

Wow 36C. That is very low. I have a 1400Celeron.
My Mobo Temp is 40C and CPU Temp about 48C idle. I've had
that for .....ahh 3 yrs. A disk drive went and a CDROM
that's about it.
I'm sure other people going to come along with heatsink and case suggestions

. You can always check out the overclockers area for ideas too.
