Question Something causing my startup apps to crash and some other odd behaviours

Something causing my startup apps crash and some other odd behaviours.Here are the problems I am fetching experiencing...

1.Wifi disconnects suddenly(can't connect again after many attempt)
2.If I open task manager
- after 4/5 sec it's not working.
-In Details tab, it is blank.
-When closing task manager it says not responding
3.Most of the startup apps stops working

4.Takes too much time after shutdown.During shutdown sometimes a soft noise comes from cpu for 1/2 sec.
-After restart
5.Some gadget not starting at startup

Note : None of this occurs normally.Pc normally starts and shuts down fast enough.
-Sometimes after couple of restart it is fixed. Though that's rare.Most of the time I have to give a fresh setup to fix this.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, and even informational events that correspond with the times that problems occurred.

Run the built-in Windows Troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Power down, unplug, open the case. Ensure that all cables, connectors, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

As for taking "too long" during shutdown; remember Windows may be trying to update or otherwise do some "housekeeping". Those efforts can take time especially is there is some underlying problem that must be fixed.

Next time the system is booted and up and running:

Go to the Command Prompt and run "sfc /scannow". Windows may find and fix some file corruption problems.

Tried this, didn't work.

I edited the post. My Pc details is added above. Hope you get everything you need to know. Note:now after couple of restart my pc working fine. Hope it remains same
