Sound activated module

Hey I have a sound activated ccfl inverter, is there any way to mod it so that I can use leds instead of ccfls? Do I just cut and rewire or will that pop my nzxt sleeved lights?

CCFLs use high voltage so its not possible with the circuit that you have, you need a LED sound to light driver circuit suitable for pc use (i.e 5v or 12v).

Would I be able to rewire the internal components in the module to use for LEDs?

Not practically no,
an inverter changes a few volts into lots of watts and led's are low draw diodes, you really don't want to start rewiring an inverter circuit

If you can identify that then maybe, but I would think that its not a separate board,
